Before installing or refinishing, the water source and moisture conditions need to be addressed. We can discuss limited blower assistance for small, flooring-related situations after an on-site assessment.

We review the damaged boards, the existing flooring and the condition underneath before recommending a flooring scope. Cupping or discoloration alone does not determine the solution.
Remove & replace damaged flooring
When boards cannot be kept, plan the affected-floor removal and suitable replacement. Existing species, age and available materials affect how closely new wood can blend.
Refinish suitable hardwood
Once the source of water and moisture conditions are addressed, suitable floors may be repaired, sanded and refinished. We explain matching limits before work begins.
Our work covers the flooring. Emergency extraction, major structural drying and mold remediation require a specialist. Tell us whether mitigation is complete so we can plan the next step.
