Prefinished hardwood arrives with its finish applied. Unfinished hardwood lets us plan the sanding, stain and finish in your home after installation.
Removal, preparation & trim
Plan old-floor removal, subfloor preparation, moisture protection, transitions and baseboards together. Your written estimate identifies the work included.
Already purchased hardwood? We can assess client-supplied materials for installation. Our coverage applies to installation workmanship; product coverage stays with the manufacturer or supplier.
